Software Engineer with skills in C/Java and Oracle PL/SQL urgently required by my Buckinghamshire based client. My client are market leaders in developing software for project planning business solutions, and currently they are looking for a Software Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the field, and be technically adept with C programming language. Java and within that - Object Orientated programming, - Java language (J2SE/J2EE), - IDE experience (eg Eclipse, JBuilder, JDeveloper) - J2E Middle Layer products (eg.JBOSS, Tomcat, HTTP Server) Also knowledge of Oracle is a must - particularly in PL/SQL. Any knowledge of Unix would be an advantage. The role calls for the candidate to perform duties such as: - Detailed design documentation - Software Engineering to coding standards and code reviewing - Provide on site customer support including Hardware and software Installation, troubleshooting, operational support and post sales support.
